Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at Top Paddock Silo Stay located at 138 Cooyong Lane, Wirrinya. By booking accommodation with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment
A valid booking must be made via our website, phone, email, or a third-party platform ie Airbnb, Booking.com, Riparide. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Any additional costs such as tours, food and beverages, extra services are payable on checkin. We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in: Full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in and No-shows: Charged the full amount. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out time: by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on availability.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully. No loud noise or music after 11pm. Smoking is not permitted within 3m of the building. No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the premises.
5. Occupancy Limits
Top Paddock Silo Stay has a maximum occupancy limit of 7 guests. Additional guests must be disclosed at the time of booking and may incur extra charges. A cot is available for infants for a fee.
6. Pets
Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Owners are required to maintain control of pets at all times, and keep them in the enclosed yard. Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the yard, this is due to biosecurity and the safety of livestock and native fauna. Well behaved pets are accepted inside if this normal for them however they must be kept off bedding and furniture. There are dog tidy bags available to clean up waste.
7. Liability and Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property. We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Wildlife and livestock may stray onto roads, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by accidental damage to a vehicle being driven on public or private property.
8. Housekeeping and Services
The house is self contained and servicing/replenishing supplies is the responsibility of the guests.
9. Parking
Free parking is available on-site. We are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked on the property.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, pandemics).
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
