House Rules

The house is self contained, therefore will not be serviced throughout your stay. It is well equipped with washing and cleaning supplies, making it suitable for a longer stay. 

It is the guests responsibility to leave the property in a clean and tidy state when departing, including the kitchen, bathroom, bbq and outdoor area. 

Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 10am.

Smoking is not permitted within 3m of the building.

Pets are welcome, maximum of 2, and dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the yard due to biosecurity concerns.

Please be mindful of the whole farm environment. Fire is a real risk during the warmer months, the fire pit may not be used between October 1 and March 31.

When walking on the property do not approach wildlife or domestic stock and be snake aware.
